All BHLUE DIAMONDS products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

We will make it right if:

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error
• You received the wrong item or size due to a fulfillment error

To report an issue: Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and the nature of the printing process
• We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before ordering, as we cannot guarantee size exchanges
• Sale items are final sale

Refunds, when approved, are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
